Shipping
After visiting many websites and cross-referencing them with the Better Business Bureau's complaint's, we have found that while it is not impossible to ship pool tables it is by no means recommended. There is a high probability that the tables will be damaged when shipped individually not to mention the high costs and uncertainty of time involved. Therefore, we prefer to carefully and professionally "hand-deliver" each City Billiards pool table. A pool table can weigh as much as 1000 lbs. and if you are not in ARIZONA, we strongly recommend purchasing from your local dealer and not having them shipped across the country.
Delivery
We offer FREE delivery to your home anywhere in the Metro-Phoenix area and only charge $1.50 per mile (one way from our store) for any delivery outside Phoenix but in the state of Arizona. The table will arrive in several prepackaged parts unless commitment has been confirmed for installation prior to delivery.
Installation
Professional installation comes highly recommended from the Billiard Congress of America. Although there are many do-it-yourself handbooks for pool table installation, there are many special tools and techniques needed to apply the billiard fabric properly and to complete assembly on your high quality "slate" pool tables. Complete delivery & professional installation is available for only $200 if it is pre-scheduled and done at the time of delivery. Please note: hiring other pool table mechanics or having the table assembled after initial delivery will result in a much higher fee. Warranty issues may not be honored if the table is not professionally installed by a City Billiards authorized installer. All City Billiards installers are licensed, bonded and insured.
Returns
A Pool table purchased online can be returned in its original unassembled condition within 72 hours of purchase. Returns are only accepted during regular business hours and must be made at our showroom (1749 W. Main St. Mesa, AZ) at buyers sole expense. Tables that have been prepped, assembled or damaged are non returnable. All tables delivered outside the metro-Phoenix area will be assessed the non-refundable delivery fee. Before preparation and installation begins please note our store policy is ALL SALES FINAL. The nature of our business with custom tables, special orders and a huge amount of work going into each sale, preparation and/or delivery can sometimes be hard to comprehend. We assure you that should a situation occur that you are unhappy, attempts will be made to complete the sale in an ethical business like manner using both our family values and our code of conduct.
